Good Wife's Guide

From what I can tell, this is an actual article from Good Housekeeping back in 1955. Honestly, I think it's hilarious. I don't know anyone who would want the wife this article instructs.

Some excerpts:
  • Don't complain if he's late for dinner or even if he stays out all night.
  • Don't ask him questions about his actions or question his judgment or integrity. Remember, he is the master of the house and as such will always exercise his will with fairness and truthfulness. You have no right to question him.
Ha!

Madison in Pink

I took lots of photos of the car show; check them out here. There are also some nice pictures of Morgan and Madison, both in Pink for the evening.

Pink is a pretty nice Fall color, I'd say.

Tagalag: Funny Name; Fascinating Concept

I’ve been playing with Tagalag for a few minutes now, and I’m completly mesmerized. Perhaps it’s the oh-so-nice interface or good looks, but I think there really is something to this I just can’t quite put my finger on.

Maybe I’m just a sucker for online social networks. I’m going to keep playing and maybe I’ll figure out why I like this thing so much.

Two Small Groups

Jennie and I have started two church small groups, and each group has about two hours of homework each week. I’m not used to all this stuff cutting into my TV-watching time!

I’ll grow if I can do all the work; it’s just a matter of sitting down to do it. And it probably won’t hurt me to cut down on TV and web-surfing over the next few months.
